As a new client of our Veterinary Hospital in Lee, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we’ll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet.
In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.
Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once the tests have been run, which can usually be done in the practice, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted.
This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.
Our veterinary technician will likely come back to wrap things up and will provide you with helpful pet care information and answer wellness and care questions for you. Our front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow up.
Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.

It is of utmost importance to us to keep our staff and clients safe during the unprecedented times of COVID-19. We are currently doing curbside visits only. What this means is when you arrive for your appointment, we are asking that you stay in the car and give us a call. We will let you know if it is ok for you and your pet to come up to the front door. If we are not ready for you yet, we will send a staff member out as soon as we have a room available for your pet! One of our staff members will talk to you about why your pet is here and let you know what to expect. We will take your pet to the hospital, and we ask that you wait in your car while we examine and perform services on your pet. When we are finished, one of the doctors will give you a call to discuss any findings. Then, our receptionists will take a payment over the phone, and a staff member will return your pet to you! We ask that you try and bring along a cell phone, so we are able to contact you in the parking lot. We also ask for your patience, this adjustment hasn’t been easy for any of us, but we assure you that your pet is made comfortable with our staff members as they have their exams completed.
We have installed glass barriers at our reception desk, so when the guidelines state is it safe for us to have more people in the building again, we can still provide adequate protection for staff and clients. We appreciate your corporation during this time.
